Great physio therapist, very polite, knowledgeable and really good at his job for sports injury rehabilitation
I presented to Mick with an extremely painful r shoulder caused by a ruptured tendon and tendinosis. He assured me at time of presentation that I would be back playing social tennis and swimming, though at the time this seemed impossible. But following his exercise regime carefully I am back swimming and playing tennis. The pain is gone and I have a plan in moving forward to gain further shoulder strength. I am very appreciative of his input and knowledge in aiding me in my recovery.
Wonderful staff and clean facility
Mick has been incredible throughout my recovery from a calf muscle tear. He’s not like any physio I’ve seen before… he genuinely cares about your progress, explains everything he’s doing, and helps you understand the “why” behind each step of your rehab. His approach has completely rebuilt my confidence to run and sprint again, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
