I have had treatment from Çatriona for a shoulder injury (following a cycling accident) and after having foot surgery. I thoroughly recommend her; she was very understanding and caring about my recovery, reassuring, knowledgeable and very thorough with any assessments and treatment plans. Each session I had made such a difference to my recovery and I found the whole process very positive and motivating. I cannot thank her enough for getting me fit and active again.
Cat has treated both of my sons and my husband. She has a very personable manner which makes people feel at ease and ensures a comprehensive history can be taken. When needed, a prompt referral resulted in an MRI scan within a week and feedback from Cat very shortly after the scan was received which was very reassuring. Cat is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has a broad range of experience, is thorough and reassuring and I would highly recommend her practice.

Excellent physio therapy! Cat always knows how to treat my pain, she listens to me and my body. Her hand-on treatments helps me with my pain, and she trains me for the right exercises or stretches. I trust her completely and I highly recommend her services.
