There is no better person to write this review than my son. So here we go… Abida has completely healed me from my injury in a matter of a couple weeks. Dislocated my shoulder and started physio here. Excellent service and treatment from Jean. Helped me in a quick and speedy recovery, effectively helping me get back into sports without having concerns. Would highly recommend.
I worked with Jean for postpartum physiotherapy and she was great! I had both an acute injury and chronic hip/back pain and Jean took time to look after each area over a course of 2 months.
