I had phoned Karen recently about a shoulder problem and due to current circumstances was unable to book an appointment. She took time to chat about my issue over the phone and gave me some advice that I greatly appreciated. I have since had an appointment where I was met with a fully covid secure site and a very friendly Karen who immediately pinpointed the pain that I had been unable to find exactly and talked me through further rehab.
