Roger Barroso has been providing chiropractic care for my kid for several months due to a severe knee dislocation. I have attended several treatments at Physiomed Woodbridge for shoulder pain, but unfortunately I have experienced very little improvement. Following my most recent treatment on Wednesday, I became significantly sore. I waited to see if the discomfort would subside and continued with the prescribed exercises on Thursday and Friday despite the pain. They truly are passionate about the care and help they give to their patients. When I thought I would never see the light of getting better, slowly surely we are seeing a difference. I am very disappointed with the front desk staff. There was a mistake made when booking my appointment, and no apology was offered. Instead, the staff repeatedly raised their voices and spoke to me in a manner that was completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and respect, which was clearly lacking in this experience. Due to this, I will not recommend this place and I will not be returning.
