Absolutely love this clinic! Found out about their services from Dr. Kat (chiro) and she spent time educating me on what services can help correct a few muscle imbalances for me and help with my chronic neck/shoulder issues. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sonia (physio) in the treatment room and Liz (kinesiologist) in the gym and they have really helped me feel my best again ☺️☺️

Dr Kat is hands down the best chiropractor I've been to. Her evidence based approach sets her apart from anyone I've seen. She always takes the time to truly understand your concerns and explains everything in a way that makes sense. She doesn't just focus on temporary relief, she's determined to find and addressing the root cause of the problem always. Dr Kat is the real deal, don't settle for less!
