After two unproductive visits to an osteopath, I went to James. He accurately diagnosed my back issues and with a mixture of sports massage and rehab exercises got me back to strength.
I would highly recommend James as a physio, especially for runners. I started getting pain in my ankle and the arch of my foot during marathon training that wouldn’t shift and was making running pretty miserable. James’ advice around footwear, my training schedule, running form and exercises helped immediately and got me to the finish line pain free. Just wish I’d gone to see him sooner!
I highly recommend James McMurray as a physiotherapist. After suffering a fractured knee, wrist, and torn knee ligaments, I never thought I'd run again. Thanks to James' expertise and dedication, I made a full recovery. Last Sunday, I ran the Race for Life 5k for Cancer Research! James provided excellent care and support throughout my rehabilitation, helping me regain strength and confidence. I'm incredibly grateful for his help.
