Physiologix has been my best experience of both Physio and Reformer Pilates to date. If you’re looking for rehab focused, individualised, supportive, and relaxed reformer Pilates definitely give this practice a go. Big thank you to physio and instructor Duncan, Kirsty and all the team at Physiologix for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment.
The Pilates instructors, physios, and massage therapists are the best in the area. All highly trained, they have given our whole family the best care to recover, maintain and improve our health. A shout out to Anna, who’s new, for a great massage and her expert knowledge. I’ve signed up for more!
