There's many ways to waste time, and many ways to waste money, I feel this ticked both boxes for me. I had severe lower back pain and saw Adam for help. There was lots of chat, very little hands on treatment, perhaps a few minutes. He told me to keep stretching, keep going to the gym, and I should be fine, come back if it wasn't. Great experience! Attended with a family member. Guy was very knowledgeable, informative and thorough. We left with a clear assessment of the injury and stage of recovery, as well as a thorough assessment of the exercise regime moving forward.

Best I’ve been too and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Always a friendly welcome from Jo and the admin staff, and the excellent knowledge and care from Guy has greatly improved my quality of life. Cheers Physiologic team.

The team at Physiologic is the best on the coast! Guy helped me get out of pain and was very helpful throughout my ankle rehab, and the staff out front were super friendly :)
