This location is a gem for PEC. Vanessa has incredible knowledge regarding injury and recovery. She was instrumental in getting my shoulder back to full mobility. Highly recommend her any type of physio required. The front desk girls Kelly and Lois are very helpful with paperwork , claims, and overall managing of appointments. There is a reason why they are busy. They are good!
The physio that Kyle did on my shoulder worked wonders. I will be going back to him soon to get my lower back worked on. I have total confidence in him.
I have been going to PhysioHouse for quite some time following a MVA. I am continuously cared for by Vanessa, my physio therapist, with knowledge, a caring manner and targeted exercises to improve my injured areas. It never feels like a chore to go here, but rather being met by caring staff who make your needs important. From Kelly and Lois at reception to Vanessa as my Therapist, they provide the best of care and I highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about Physio House. Kyle and Vanessa have been great to deal with and Kyle takes the time to get t know you personally. He has always been on time and never seems to fall behind with patients and their waiting times.
just had my 2nd visit this afternoon, Vanessa is amazing & Lois is very friendly. I walked in there 3 weeks ago to inquire about physio...I explained my issue to Lois and she was amazing & then Vanessa came out to talk with me briefly..one week later i had an appointment...first visit was great!! was sent home with some exercises and had another appointment in 2 wks...my pain level @ night has went from a 12 to a 7 out of 10...exercises Vanessa gave me are 100% working...she is wonderful!!!
