Had an excellent experience at PhysioHouse Wellington. They made it easy from booking to checkin and the therapy from from Jacqueline was top notch. She really took her time to understand the issue and communicated very well with her diagnosis and treatment. Definitely going back.
Booking, treatment, payment, and future bookings all were a breeze! Jacqueline was very knowledgeable in understanding my issue and provided immediate relief and an action plan on healing. Lois at the desk was both kind and efficient. I recommend PhysioHouse Wellington highly.
I had my first massage appointment today and was very happy with entire experience. The reception was welcoming. The massage from start to finish was professional, effective and informative. I was told where my area of concern was and we developed a plan to address it. This is the second service I have accessed at Physiohouse Wellington. I have used their physiotherapy services in the past. I have always been pleased with the service and I will definitely be back.
