When I first called I asked for an appointment with Physio and they were unable to accomodate me. I was assured that the Chiropractor was trained in concussion care and so I accepted. I received care for a concussion from the chiropractor and after the second appointment he manipulated my neck and it made it worse. I am back to square one. The worst part of it was that when I called to say I was cancelling and why to the receptionist, there was no discussion, just a response of, "Okay!".
I had my first chiropractor appointment today with Jeremy and wasn’t sure what to expect. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Using an iPad, he visually showed me the nerves and structures involved, which helped me better understand where my discomfort was coming from and why I was experiencing it. Friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. Craig takes the time that he needs to help you get better and he goes that extra mile.
This was my first experience with physio and I have to say that this team of professionals is top shelf. Not only are they knowledgable but they completely put me at ease with their genuine compassion. I have a road to healing and feel like I am in good hands with their support.
Won’t take WSIB patients because they charge too much to begin with is what I was told Won’t be back
