I had a great first session with Sam at PhysioFIX Rose Bay. I’m new to the area and came in with a knee issue. Sam was professional, informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me a structured plan to get my knee ready for skiing in Perisher and I left feeling really confident about the recovery process. Highly recommend!
