Everyone was so helpful! You will learn so many exercises to help you when your visits are over. A++++
From the initial visit staff were very knowledgeable. Explained every step of the plan through out. Each stretch and exercise is explained what it does and how it can help. After a few stretches felt some pressure relief. I am looking foward to my journey to being better now instead of dreading it.
