I highly recommend Alan and his team at PhysioFit in Destrehan. I went to them for physical therapy after knee surgery and have been very impressed with the care I received. He pays close attention to each patient, watching form, movement, and progress, and he takes the time to explain why certain exercises are chosen and when to progress.
