I had ACL reconstruction and Dr. Angela Smith is an incredible physical therapist. She prepared me for surgery, coached me mentally and physically post op to get me back on the mountain skiing! Dr. Smith has a calm demeanor, deep knowledge and a back to sports mindset and approach. I highly recommend her! Amazing experience and positive results!
I had developed some severe shoulder pain and was referred to Dr. Angela Smith by the trainer at my gym. I was at the point where it was difficult to put on a jacket or lift my arm over my head and I couldn’t comfortably sleep through the night. I was very concerned I needed surgery. Angela is a fantastic Physical Therapist. She assisted me when I pulled my calf muscle in my left calf, while also suffering from plantar fasciitis in my right heel. She was kind and knowledgeable, and used cutting edge technologies to assess my level of injury, and provide various treatments.
