Vanessa quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me effective relief, as well as explaining what I need to do at home to continue treatment and adjustments to various ergonomics to help address the likely causes. Vanessa was also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt better immediately, learnt a lot and had a good chat in the process. 100% recommended. Thanks!

Fantastic, professional, very knowledgeable. I came fur treatment of lower back pain because I couldn't get an appointment with my regular physio. Now Venessa at physiofirst is my regular physio. Much easier switch than I expected. She was very informative and made suggestions for recovery and prevention without trying to up-sell. And she is very knowledgeable in relation to post birth recovery for any ladies that are in need of this.
