PhysioFirst is a fantastic clinic with an amazing team and staff. While it’s not located in the best area, the quality of care more than makes up for it. Megha is the best! She always knows exactly how to relieve my pain and get me feeling better. Her knowledge, skill, and care make such a difference every time I visit. I highly recommend booking Megha if you’re looking for an excellent physiotherapist.
I had a session with Prabhjot today, and although I unfortunately hurt my back during the visit, it was not because of anything they did. What stood out to me was the genuine care and support I received afterward. Prabhjot immediately stepped in to help, made sure I was okay, and took the time to help me get myself together before I left. Megha really knows how to help someone heal. She goes beyond and finds the root cause of pain. Truly a knowledgeable physiotherapist. Her staff is also great especially Palak!
