Megha Sharma is an outstanding physiotherapist. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an incredible understanding of the human body, muscles, and movement. She quickly identified the root cause of my pain and treated my very stiff back, thigh, and calf muscles, which were causing pain in my groin. The results were excellent. Had a great experience with Dr. Megha at Physio First. I do powerlifting, so I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries, and every single time she’s helped me get back on track. She takes the time to properly assess what’s going on and builds a treatment plan that actually fits what I need, not just a generic routine.
