Very unprofessional I called to book an appointment with the Dietitian. The person who answered the phone only answered questions I asked. She did not give me any details about my appointment other than it was virtual and the date. The day of the appointment that SHE had booked for me I received calls asking why I booked for in person when it was suppose to be online. After my appointment I called to pay and she told me she would call me back, once she did she just asked for my card number, at which point I asked about the i... read more
