I had a scheduled appointment at this clinic, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been canceled due to a system error. Despite my assurance that I hadn't canceled it, the staff couldn't accommodate me since someone else got the appointment. Given that I had to pick up my daughter from school in Montreal and drive all the way to Laval through traffic, the inconvenience was significant.
