Excellent physiotherapy, best I have been to. Also exercise classes are very beneficial.
After spine surgery I was recommended Physiocise from a friend. Initially I saw Maria King for 1:1 consultations, and as I improved I then joined the Saturday group sessions led by Maria & Dimity. The team are all so lovely, knowledgeable, kind and able to assist with all aspects of mobility, strength and answer any questions you have.
Amazing staff - feel like I am getting on top of my chronic back issue for the first time in several years. I am so glad my doctor referred me to Physiocise!
