Life-changing - the discipline and incentive of signing up to Physiocise 2-3 years ago (thanks to my daughter who was already a client) has changed the way I think about strength and aging well. Skinny is not good for women long-term, without strength!
Best and most wholistic physiotherapy I’ve ever experienced after trying many others before. Physiocise worked wonders for me. I’ve built workable good habits and have had a major improvement after worrying if I’d ever be able to reduce the chronic pain I was experiencing, now rarely having issues at all. All the lovely ladies who helped me through are miracle workers and always kept me inspired and positive with their enthusiasm and optimism in classes and consults. Thanks so much.
Excellent physiotherapy, best I have been to. Also exercise classes are very beneficial.
After spine surgery I was recommended Physiocise from a friend. Initially I saw Maria King for 1:1 consultations, and as I improved I then joined the Saturday group sessions led by Maria & Dimity. The team are all so lovely, knowledgeable, kind and able to assist with all aspects of mobility, strength and answer any questions you have.
