Josweeta has been very helpful in getting me back up and running after a back injury. From not being able to get out of a chair to back running and in the gym within a few sessions. Also has helped alleviate chronic shoulder pain post surgery. Thanks Josweeta.
I visited Physio Choice after injuring myself running and Josweeta was incredibly helpful during the recovery process. She provided me with useful stretches to aid in the recovery process and strengthen my legs and I am now happily back to running! Cannot recommend her services enough :)

Had an amazing session with Jacky yesterday for some intense shoulder pain. Even after one session I felt a lot of relief. He was patient and listened to my concerns and did a thorough assessment. Looking forward to continuing healing my shoulder and would highly recommend him.
