Such an amazing practice. They actually work towards fixing the problem and not just releasing tension to get you through til your next appointment. Great facilities and customer service, could not recommended enough.
I visited Better Moves Physiotherapy to see Gabby for my lower back issues. Not only did I feel much better after one treatment (which included an infra red sauna!) but my weakness causing the pain was quickly identified & I was prescribed an exercise program to strengthen this area. Everything you could hope to get from a physio visit. I highly recommend Gabby & Better Moves Physiotherapy.
The team at Better Moves are amazing. I have been getting treatments there now for almost a year. I used to have chronic back pain that flared up frequently due to a degenerative disease. Since going to see Gabby and the team I have not had an issue with my back since. I highly highly recommend them!
