Carla has been an excellent help to me . I only saw her for a few weeks but her guidance and help gave me the confidence to do the excercises that I was reluctant to do . My posture has improved and there have been periods where I haven’t felt pain. When I came to her I was in pain all the time. I am due to have surgery but Carla’s work is making my muscle strong which will also strengthen my recovery afterwards. I recommend her
I have been having great physio sessions for my tail bone/sacrum pain the past 2 weeks with Carla. She is so knowledged about how muscles, bones and nerves are working together, her techniques are on point and adjusted to my conditions, and she explains well what shes working on and i quickly learned how to cooperate with her by her subtle indications. I trust in her methods and guidance, and strictly follow her after-session excercises everyday too, and we both see the improvement, it's like miracle! Thank you Carla!
Simply put, Carla is amazing. I was quite disillusioned about physiotherapy, having undertaken many different treatments over the years, but a new knee injury made it necessary to try again. It was important for me to find trust again and Carla immediately reassured me with her professionalism and skill, but she's empathetic and caring too. Her deep tissue massage provides immediate relief and I'm making great progress. Faith restored!
Carla is as professional as caring. She listens always very carefully and she thoroughly ‘tailors’ the treatment accordingly. I really recommend Carla for anyone who needs physiotherapy.
I have been going to Carla Frank for many sessions for both shoulder tear and recovering from knee replacement. I would recommend her to anyone, she has an incredibly positive manner, she is very knowledgeable and her treatment is very effective.
