I visited physio can twice, once for inital assessment and another for a physio treatment for post-op rehab for broken leg. Very disappointed in my experience. During initial assessment the physio did not assess my balance, gait, or functional movements (ie. Going up and down stairs, squats, etc) She did not ask me what my short/long term goals were, or what activities I require for daily life. When my daughter called this morning the physiotherapist had already left for the day. As I was in terrible pain with my back the physiotherapist went back to the clinic to access and treat me. What a wonderful experience. They also reduced the price for the visit as I have no benefit plan due to being retired. Thank you for making the time to help me today. Already on the mend.
