I'm so very grateful that my midwife suggested I visit PW during my pregnancy, I learned so much about my body in preparation for delivery that helped me feel confident going into my first birth. Brittany is so kind, and provided me the tools to maintain and build back my strength postpartum. I continued visiting PW with my baby, where Tammy offered great activities to assist fine/gross motor development through her purposeful play program.
The whole team at Physioworks has been lovely to deal with. I have had some significant health issues that were debilitating, and with ongoing treatment they are finally starting to resolve to a place where my day to day is manageable.
