As an athletic male, I was desperately in search of lower back, hip pain relief and had ongoing mobility issues, due to a work place injury. I saw Caroline both before and after giving birth, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. During my pregnancy she helped me prepare my body for labour, teaching me how to properly engage and relax my pelvic floor and giving me exercises that made me feel so much more confident going into birth.
