When I spoke to my Rhumotologist and other specialist care team and told them I am looked after by Brooke from Physio-Wise, they sing her praises. When I first started going, I was significantly heavy with a lot of Chronic Pain issues and struggling to walk. Reception staff were very friendly. As it was an afternoon appointment I was expecting a delay, but to my surprise, the appointment started at the scheduled time. The physiotherapist was very good and discussed options regarding treatment and explained everything very well. Very happy with how the session went.
I was a regular client at this clinic in late 2022 into early 2023. I would see Nic every week and felt that she was fantastic at her job and a joy to be around, I sadly moved away so was unable to continue my treatment. I was actually compelled to write this review more so due to the impeccable service I always received from Sarah at the reception. Very Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff
I put 1 but SHOULD of been 0. It is the only way I could say . I went in not good and came away a lot worse of . Like that 4 weeks till I found some 1 who new what they were doing .when I TOLD them what had happened they said some 1 would ring me still waiting .Have made 2 calls 2 them and no 1 gets back 2 u.what a joke
