Today was my first time ever at a Physiotherapist and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. Jeffrey put a program together for me and I have already done my first full workout at home, feeling better already. I really like the patient portal with all my different exercises and great videos on each one. Plus once the exercise is done, you can rate the difficulty level. I’m looking forward to my next session.
My son and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. He was very down to earth, great listener and was very thorough. We left there feeling seen and feeling confident that the exercises he gave would really help. The office itself is very peaceful and calm. It wasn't my usual experience at other physio locations in the past. Highly recommend!
