Have been seeing Dan Porter at phsio strong 6 months ago. Have had 3 follow ups In that time to fine tune exercise plan. For me personally in that time I go to physio strong 5 times a week with easy going crowd and back playing golf daily of which I could not do for 15 years due to chronic pain. Best of all no medication at all so thankyou to the team at Phsio Strong.
Was ready for a gym review and Michaela did a great job getting my new program started and headed in the right direction. A very relaxed and professional place to be great job Michaela.
I've been going to Physio Strong for 6 months. I'm 56 and didn't exercise... I met with Taryn to talk about pre-hab for my knees as I'm having both replaced. Taryn was very thorough with my consultation and made a program for me on the reformer. This machine is AMAZING. I've had my right knee replaced and was walking unaided with in 3 weeks and this was definitely from going to Physio Strong daily... the staff are dedicated and caring.
