Sophie-Anne has helped me so much. I am improving everyday. I am doing so much better. I do my exercises daily. I'm so grateful for her.
My appointment with Sophie-Anne was great. She helped me understand how to exercise my shoulder injuries with simple stretching exercises. She was very pleasant to talk with. She made me feel very relaxed. I'll be returning for a few follow up appointments to help me recover from my shoulder injuries.
