One of the best physio practices I’ve ever been to, so thorough and I really appreciate how they look at the entire body as it can contribute to injuries! Having seen Rachel I’ve always been really happy with the treatment I’ve received and always leave feeling much better

Physio smart helped me recover from a muscle injury but there are some double standards and extortion issues within the company. For instance, they will charge a non attendance fee, but will not provide a free session or non attendance fee if the staff member cancels or reschedules. They overbook which means that if you are 5mins late for a massage, then you will not get the time you paid for. A lot of people run late and that's not a reason to short change people. I saw Nate many times in the lead up to my marathon last year, his knowledge and the work he put in with me was amazing, it was the difference that helped me get across the line in one piece!
