I had my initial appointment with Roop and she took te time to review my extensive history prior to the appointment to make sure she had a plan prior to our first meeting. I found that during that first appointment she was prepared and that helped to make sure we could jump into treatment with minimal review of the history. Physio Roop is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly listens. I went to her for rehab after a knee patella fracture, and her guidance made a huge difference. She tailored the exercises to my recovery pace and explained everything clearly. I saw real improvement in mobility and strength within a few sessions. Highly recommend her for anyone needing expert care and a supportive approach!
Roop is extremely knowledgeable and fixed my golfers elbow (owing to squash) within a few weeks. She recommended the correct elbow support which has helped get back to playing squash again.
Roop is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough practitioner. She has a way of keeping you at ease, while also educating you without blame or judgement. I really enjoy my appointments with her and will be recommending her to family and friends.
