Been going here for years! Physios are very friendly and like family. They always take special care with individual treatment.
A friendly efficient and excellent practice under James Nam they’ve given me great attention and help in Pilates, physio therapy and Telehealth for some eight years and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing care and fitness especially if like me they have serious health problems and ain’t young

For remedial massage you can’t go past Sascha Turner Smith. She is an extremely empathetic, talented professional, able to pinpoint exactly what is needed for relief from pain. She will listen carefully and apply her extensive knowledge to treat the underlying problems, giving relief from tightness and pain. Highly recommend.
