Multidisciplinary studio (massage, physio & pilates) all working cohesively with a client centred approach! My first sessions were for deep tissue massages with Gary (recommended by a friend) which have continued regularly due to the effectiveness of the treatment in relieving stress & tension. Since then I have commenced Pilates classes regularly which have also been beneficial for low impact strength and flexibility conditioning. Highly recommend James, Gary & the team!
My family and I have been coming here for years and it’s a very good place to come. The team is friendly and knowledgeable and it provides a variety of services, including physiotherapy and pilates.
The staff at PhysioRoomPymble are very nice and friendly. Physiotherapist Alex Chen is amazing! kind, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. My son had a sports injury, and Alex fixed it in just two sessions. Now he’s back to playing soccer again. Highly recommend!
