Excellent staff & treatments
I have found Olivia to be very knowledgeable and can always find a solution to suit my limitations. The improvement in my mobility and flexibility is noticeable - I can highly recommend her Pilates sessions.
I can’t recommend this Physio Pro enough! Olivia was incredibly welcoming, and the whole environment feels calm and professional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns before starting treatment, explaining in a way that I could understand. She explained each step of the process and gave me practical exercises I could do at home, which made a big difference to my lower back pain. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
