Micheal was excellent. Took me through the implications of my disc protusion and convinced me that my injury was relatively easily managed. He explained the cause of my leg pain showing me on a diagram how the protruding disc impacted my spinal nerve. He then gave me a simple exercise to minimise the disc impacting my spinal nerve and how to lift weights properly.
