I saw Sophie as I was experiencing some knee pain a week out from a half-marathon I’d been training for. She identified the issue very quickly, did some massage, taped my leg and provided me with exercises to do, and strategies to help on race day. She left me feeling comfortable and confident to complete the run! Also I had to bring my 9 month old baby into the appointment with me, and she was incredible at keeping him entertained during! Highly recommend Sophie, she’s amazing!
Mick came highly recommended, and I’m so glad I had the pleasure of meeting him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared helpful information to support my healing in a way that felt easy and manageable. He tailored the movements to suit my abilities, and I walked away - rather than limped ;) - feeling really happy with his suggestions and looking forward to putting them into practice.
