Rachael always provides a solid and varied Pilates session which allows you to push just past your comfort zone so you can improve. The whole team always has a professional approavh and I love going to the Pilates sessions.
Love the Pilates classes here, run and led by experienced physios who are taking note of your form so as not to cause any injury. The instructors are positive and engaging
A light filled studio. A friendly welcoming community of all ages. Excellent well trained experienced instructors who adjust exercises to suit the client. 30+ classes per week across 10+ class types (eg pilates, barre, yoga). I am enjoying the variety and the challenge. My strength, flexibility, balance and overall well being are improving. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend PPP.
The expanded and enriched PPP class schedule (2025) is an opportunity to do more varied classes across a week. For me this helps my general fitness and spinal health. And all instructors are fabulous: they have the skills and knowledge to deliver classes tailored to individual needs. They are friendly and supportive.
What a fantastic experience working with Rachel to understand my problem, and get results in such a short space of time. I highly recommend this clinic for wonderful, experienced, knowledgeable staff who can get to the bottom of the issue immediately in a warm, welcoming environment.
