There is such a welcoming and caring environment at this pilates centre. The teachers help and support individuals in the class to develop strength and flexibility. All the teachers are fantastic, as they respond to individuals in the group and provide tailored guidance. I've been coming here for over 18 months now and I can recommend both the pilates sessions and the physiotherapy. Thank you!
One of the best Pilates studios in Australia. I loved the variety of classes and the quality of instruction at PPP--over time I overcame illness and injury to become stronger and healthier. Sadly I had to leave Adelaide and what's on offer here in the biggest city in the country doesn't even come close to a studio like PPP. Here I'm mostly left to my own devices on the Reformer especially--so glad I had such good instruction with PPP for a few years to start me off! I miss Rachel and PPP!
