A professional, wonderful service, from the friendly reception team to physio and masseuse. I attended Physio Physique for a sore knee and saw Adrian. Adrian has provided great education with a combination of therapeutic and practical support. Really impressed with the result that I achieved with Adrian, he was great with organising and planning out a program that got me back on track. All the way through from the initial consult from getting the dry needling, shockwave therapy and the physiotherapy. I can’t thank him enough as I went from being in constant pain from a torn meniscus to back on track with a full recovery and better than before the injury. Adrian has been a pleasure to work with, assisting me with my recovery from a back injury. I felt injured physically and mentally, afraid to step back into the gym. I feel so much better, and have stepped into the gym since, with the aid of Adrian helping me feel confident in my recovery.
