Went to Physio Physique with a neck and ankle problem. I saw Adrian the Physio and he was amazing. With a range of treatments and hands on therapy, he was able to settle my pain within a few sessions and his exercises were top tier in re-building strength. I feel a lot better and can function properly throughout the day without pain. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. This guy knows what he’s talking about. Best Physio I have been to by far. Highly recommend

I’ve been seeing Adrian at Physio Physique since January for a few different issues and have had a great experience. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming - I’m always greeted by name and offered a glass of water on arrival. Adrian really listens and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I always leave feeling happy with how my treatment is progressing. The rooms are clean and the gym area is great for showing me what exercises i need to do and to check my technique is right. I had a fantastic experience at this physiotherapy center and couldn’t recommend it more highly. I initially went in thinking I had a serious knee issue, but after a thorough assessment, it turned out my hamstring was actually the root of the problem. I went to Physio Physique after a right foot/ankle fracture and fractured vertebrae in my lumbar spine after a fall over a year ago. I have been seeing Adrian the physiotherapist for post-op rehab and it has honestly been a game changer. It’s been over a year since my surgeries and I can confidently say I can walk, perform household duties and yard work without experiencing flare ups. Honestly, 5 stars are so well deserved. I’ve visited the clinic for both acute issues and ongoing treatment, and the care has always been excellent. The team are friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special shout out to Norbert, who's remedial massage skills are second to none. I have made significant improvements in the short time I have been seeing him and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!
