Went to Physio Physique with a neck and ankle problem. I saw Adrian the Physio and he was amazing. With a range of treatments and hands on therapy, he was able to settle my pain within a few sessions and his exercises were top tier in re-building strength. I feel a lot better and can function properly throughout the day without pain. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. This guy knows what he’s talking about. Best Physio I have been to by far. Highly recommend
I’ve been seeing Adrian and couldn’t be happier with the treatment I’ve received. I really value the hands-on approach, including dry needling and cupping. I’m also given exercises to complete at home that are easy to stay on top of, and I can genuinely see the difference they make alongside the treatment I receive in the clinic. The clinic itself is lovely, all of the staff are super friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
I have been working with Adrian for 2 years due to having a bad back. I've been following his exercises since our initial appointment and noticed how much I have improved my core strength with his program he curated for me. I'm sure this business has many talented physio's, but Adrian's calm and professional demeanor is a telling sign that he genuinely wants to help his patients out. I have had such a positive experience with Physio Physique. From the moment I walked in the door the friendly receptionists made me feel comfortable. Adrian has been incredible.
