I started attending physical therapy twice a week about 3 months ago. I was a little skeptical at first. I sustained injuries from a 13 ft fall.🚑The injuries included a shattered calcaneus, fractured tibia, ankle reconstruction and a lower lumbar fusion. I started doing exercises on my own. Unfortunately I've worked with too many physical therapists over the years. Forty five operations will do that to a person. Knee replaced in 9/06, hip in 9/20, and then had my other knee done 3/22. The recovery from the hip & latest knee replacement, I worked with the therapists at Physio Therapy & Wellness in Dayton, Texas. I cannot stress enough how SUPERIOR the recovery has been with their assistance. Recently I had to have my shoulder re-constructed due to a debilitating fall. Patrick, Brandon and Tony are all excellent therapists. Each has helped me. They are very kind and supportive. While they expect you to give it you're all, they also are cognizant that pain is to be avoided during treatment. They are always inquiring how a patient is doing and while encouraging patients to do more, they do not want push patients to pain i have made progress and while there is more work to do, some major issues have resolved or significantly improved. If you need rehab or therapy this is the place to go The therapist are great
