I have been using Physio Performance’s new ‘Move Zone’ over the past month for my individualised exercise programme. What a great concept, creating a comfortable and well equipped space for unsupervised but supported exercise, right within the physio clinic. More motivating than trying to ‘do my exercises’ at home and more accessible than going to a regular gym. Easy to book and clinic staff are great. Good one .
Love the team at Physio Performance. The entire team is top notch. From Anita on the front desk through to all of the physios, I can't recommend Physio Performance enough. My latest injury I had tried multiple avenues to fix with little success until I got an assessment and then treatment plan at Physio Performance. I am now back running 50km+ a week with no issues.
