He insured I understand exactly what was required & the process was made simple. Mobility was the first step, and then we build strength. Adam being a professional athlete himself he has a deep understanding and experience on how the body works and provides a personal and professional service, highly recommended! He has helped me with a pectoral tear post operation rehab and it was the best and smoothest rehab I have experienced and I’ve had over 4 other injuries requiring surgery/rehab
Adam is a fantastic physiotherapist. He’s skilled, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’ve seen him several times over the past few years, mainly for neck and lower back pain. He is great at getting to the cause of the issue and always manages to ‘fix it’ after 1-2 visits.
I highly recommend Physio Performance, Adam is very professional (still with a hands on treatment) and a great personal touch in all aspects of his work. He tailor's effective home exercise which improved my mobility greatly as well as been able to explain why and how these specific exercise help me gain the best results.
