I've been a regular customer for many years and Damien has been great at helping me keep playing soccer at the tender age of 51. I've had a few injuries along the way and he's both treated the injury and guided me to an exercise regime that has reduced re-injury. Also been very happy with other staff when Damien wasn't available.

I just ran 6 kms every day for five days straight. I've been running every week for a couple of years now. I lost the ability to run much at all at the age of 28 and and spent close to a decade trying to find a solution to my knee problems so I could run again. The staff at physio one taringa have made a real difference in my mobility post incident. I have been to other Physios before and Francis is truly incredible. I like how the practice also offers classes and holistic treatments. I feel the acupuncture (Martin) and the physio (Francis) work very well together and I’ve seen significant progress with my condition.
I absolutely love Physio One. Jesse has been so great with treating and managing my pain Couldn’t recommend them enough!
