I have been there for about to three weeks Mr Jack was great helping me to recover from my injuries and pain, I am very happy and thankful to Jack I am highly recommend these place those looking for physiotherapy.
I’ve been seeing the team at Physio One for a variety of issues for years, and they’re by far the best physiotherapy practice I’ve been to. Their mix of empathy, professionalism, and real results sets them apart. I couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve seen a few different therapists there and all have been great but a special shout out to Jack!
Was contacted by this mob because I’m having a hip operation … The physio said he could fit me at 12, before my nurse appointment. When I arrived, the secretary said I didn’t have an appointment and should have booked myself via Hot Doc. Seriously? Was never told that, especially given that they were the ones who initiated the appointment! Never got to talk to the physio but the secretary was very rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I've been a regular customer for many years and Damien has been great at helping me keep playing soccer at the tender age of 51. I've had a few injuries along the way and he's both treated the injury and guided me to an exercise regime that has reduced re-injury. Also been very happy with other staff when Damien wasn't available.
