Wonderful. I had an old injury that stopped me from running. Physio, Jeff did a consultation - and came up with an appropriate exercise programme. After 6 months following the plan, I returned to running after an absence of 6 years. Jeff is experienced, patient and very knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in Jeff and I recommend him. Using the gym has also been a very helpful part of my recovery regime. Also, Rosie (on reception) has been very helpful with bookings and information. The team, including my usual physio Sophie, did an amazing job getting my shoulder functioning again last year. Now I can sleep through the night without being woken with pain, and have hit all my goals from my initial assessment and a little more! Thanks everybody ☺️
