I booked an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago. I scheduled work meetings and a blood test around this appointment. When I arrived this morning for the appointment, I was told that it had been changed to a different DAY and TIME! They charge $40 for a missed appointment but they can reschedule without notification?? Unacceptable. Horrible service.
