I was experiencing horrendous back pain. Debilitating muscular spasms which had me bed ridden for almost a week. Josh from Physio K treated my back with his exceptional knowledge and skills. After 2 sessions, I started to feel like my old self again. His massage treatments coupled with exercises has paved me a road to recovery which I am grateful for. For anyone experiencing back pain, I highly recommend Physio K and if you can see Josh, that's an added bonus, he is an exceptional physiotherapist.
