Highly recommend. Kenny found the issue, knows how to fix it and has been helping me get there. It’s the best I’ve felt in a long time. Dry needling is great for loosening any tight muscles !
I'm hyper aware of my body and usually know exactly what's going on with it. I had an overuse strain in my hip adductors that was mainly causing issues with hip flexion. I couldn't walk without waddling. Running was basically impossible. Sitting down, standing up, laying down, getting up were all uncomfortable.
