I came in for lower back pain and Josefina was really helpful! After two sessions my pain was completely gone, highly recommend!

It’s never easy to be injured, but it’s been great to have someone who understands the want to get back to sport and exercise, and someone who will help you to push on and make progress as quickly as you can while also being sensible and not rushing recovery!
