Really good physio, I would recommend. Maria has been great for my neck issues, easy to communicate with and plenty of appointment times.
I have been seeing Josefina for some time now for multiple injuries, including my shoulder, knee, and back. Her dry needling techniques have provided significant relief and have been an important part of my recovery. She has also helped release tension in my shoulders and neck as a preventative measure for migraines, which has made a noticeable difference.
