I had a session with Josie yesterday for what I thought it was a harm-string injury, after a quick check she knew straight away the pain was coming from my back. She did some dry needles and today I can cross my leg which is something I couldn’t do before. She also followed up with an email indicating some exercises for me to do at home and keep releasing tension from my back. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend her.

Josephina was fantastic in helping me recover from my shoulder injury. She quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and put together a treatment plan that really worked.
After twelve weeks with an annoying shoulder issue, I finally decided to reach out to Kenny, after a thorough investigation, he worked out the issue, he recommended dry needling, which I undertook, no pain at all! It was my first time having dry needling. I thoroughly recommend Kenny and his team, and I urge those of us over sixty with niggling issues to get them sorted out sooner rather than later.
