Very efficient staff, from the front desk to the physio rooms. Clean, professional and engaging in language that is easy to understand. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly recommend this professional and community based service.

Matthew was amazing! He was really informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. After my first visit I already felt so much better, and at my next follow up appointment he made sure to do a thorough check to rule out any underlying issues causing my main problem. He’s super welcoming, has great energy, and made the whole experience really comfortable. Definitely recommend seeing Matthew!
From voltaren dependant to back to F45! the treatment on my wrist and neck was freeing. Also, try the massage too, its so good.
I have been to a few physios where i was treated like a number, in and out with the same generic exercises. At n1 physio i felt as if they treated me as a person not a number and got to the cause of my injury and treated that, i havent had to go back for that injury ever again.
