Child is attending OT and SP services. Very good sessions for my child who has developmental delay. Therapists are understanding and cater to our needs.
Super friendly practice with experienced staff and professionally run. Highly recommended.
Lovely staff, friendly
Feels like a young and inexperienced team. Had multiple calls and filled out a detailed form before a session with my child but then had to go through all the details again with my child in the room. Did not explain fees or process properly which then surprised me in the assessment with additional costs. The OT made a plan to call me in a week (which she said several times) to discuss the session and ongoing needs, that was over a month ago and never received the phone call.
I've had a couple of sessions with the team, treatments have been first class to date!!
