Ruth’s has been fantastic saw her when she started. And have stuck with her easy to vibe with and great personality. As well as very professional and knows how to help get the stuff need out of my back and neck ( consistent pain ). This was my first time attending a physio and Rachel was amazing. My neck and shoulder is absolutely fine now and I have stretches to help maintain it. I highly recommend Rachel she was so kind and caring :)

I had a great experience with Rachel Cheung while recovering from an ankle injury in the lead-up to a 10km fun run. I felt really confident in her treatment thanks to her experience and depth of knowledge. She struck a great balance between hands-on therapy and a training program to work on between appointments. There was no pressure to book unnecessary sessions, just a sensible and effective treatment plan that worked. Highly recommend!
Great service, practice is quite modern and the physio was great.
