Mark is very knowledgeable and professional and has provided me with effective physio treatment for shoulder issues. Along with the physio treatments he has provided a manageable treatment and exercise plan which works in well with my training. Mark provides realistic time frames and potential outcomes or levels of recovery that I can expect to achieve.
After years of a shoulder niggle I’ve visited mark and within months I’ve had no pain at all. Completing movements in the gym I never thought I’d be able to do again. Appreciate all your knowledge and assistance!!!
