I had an appointment scheduled at a specific time, but unfortunately, they were quite late without clear communication. I value punctuality, especially when appointments are booked in advance. It would have been helpful to receive a heads-up or update. The service itself was “OK”, but the experience felt disorganized. I hope they improve their time management and customer communication going forward.
