I am really happy with the pelvic floor assessment I received around 3 months postpartum here. The practitioner was friendly and professional, and did a great job putting me at ease. She took her time and did not rush me and listened carefully to all my experiences, questions, and plans. It was a very reassuring experience and gave me the confidence to build back safely towards my prepregnancy fitness levels.

Had my first appointment with Danny for an injury to both shoulders 9 months ago. I have been in a lot of pain since then and it felt great to actually understand what is going on and know what I have to do to improve and move forward.
