I went for a follow up appointment with Ainsleigh, a chiropractor at Physio East. After almost 2 years of various therapy modalities to help me recover from an automobile accident, it is wonderful to try some different things to help ,me with chronic pain in my neck, lower back and pelvic area. Ainsleigh uses excercises that engage some of your strengths/past activities. I went for an assessment with Ainsleigh, a chiropractor at Physio East. After almost 2 years of various therapy modalities to help me recover from an automobile accident, it was important to get another perspective, and perhaps assistance with the chronic pain endured since the accident. I look forward to our next session and hope that by trying another modality, and with continuance of some of the others, i can get back to a pain free/or almost pain free life again.
